How long for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your items within 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday - Friday*) Orders Placed Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
When will my Pre-Order be dispatched?
Pre-orders are usually dispatched a day or two before release date.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer a Free first-class delivery option for all our items VIA Royal Mail.
International deliveries will be sent International tracked at a charge.
How long until I receive my video games?
Domestic orders normally take 1-3 working days to arrive.
International orders will take 5-7 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN IT?
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and in its original condition, you can arrange to return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Aligning with the Consumer Contracts Regulations games must be in their original packaging and still be sealed.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We're sorry to hear your order didn't arrive with you in the condition you expected. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we can rectify the problem for you. Please note we may ask for Photographic evidence of the damage occurred, so the process of rectifying the problem is hastened.
THERE APPEARS TO BE A FAULT WITH MY GAME OR ITS NOT WORKING?
We apologise the game not working, and rest assured we will do everything we can to get this fixed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort this out for you.
HOW LONG WOULD THE REFUND TAKE?
Once your refund has been processed it should take 2-3 working days. Please note depending on the payment method used it can take up to 10 working days. If this occurs please contact your bank.
